Is Life-Coaching for you?
Have you ever had a dream or vision, but no idea how to follow through on it to make it become a reality? If you have ever said, “I feel like it’s in me to (fill in the blank), but I just don’t know how to ‘bring it out,'” it’s quite probable that you could benefit from someone coming alongside of you in a coaching relationship.
When wearing our "life-coaching" hat, we don't counsel or give advice, but simply listen and ask powerful questions that help you come to your own conclusions. Once you arrive at an action step that will move you towards the fulfillment of your goal or dream, we provide just enough accountability that helps move things forward.
As a life-coach, the primary focus is to help you pursue your dreams, desires, and visions. They may be in the area of your marriage, family, business or ministry, but here are some other areas that we often have the opportunity to coach around.
-
Greater intimacy with God
-
Personal calling
-
Developing a mission statement for one’s life, family, or ministry
-
What to do with the retirement years
-
Getting unstuck, getting out of ruts, and moving forward
-
Getting free of self-sabotaging behavior and destructive self-talk
-
Building Christ-in-you confidence
-
Having the ability to focus better, be more efficient, and reach goals more quickly
A Life-Coaching relationship is shared over the phone and via Skype and email unless proximity allows for face-to-face conversations. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions typically last 45 minutes, but can go longer if time allows.
